We are currently developing and building Bayside Garden Suites featuring one-level 1300 sq. ft. villas on Parkview Drive in Azilda, ON.

We build mixed development communities featuring modern and upscale single family homes as well as low maintenance one-level retirement villas.

Where We Do It

Bayside subdivision is located 10 minutes from downtown Greater Sudbury. Coming soon to Bayside is Meadowbrook Dr. - single family homes on large lots.

What We've Done

Prior to Bayside, we developed Spruce Meadows, a single-family community also in Azilda. We've also developed communities in Lively and Innisfil, Ontario.
